zátiší
the inspiration for the current interior of the restaurant is its name: "zátiší" or "still-life". the design of the interior should evoke an atmosphere of an artist's studio, re-transformed.... stylised artist's easel, stacks of books, plaster models of flowers, flying candles, gradient colour on the walls, and still life paintings….
in light of this, the restaurant started a collection of czech still-lifes. the paintings are chosen by jan bejšovec. the exhibited works of art should change often and the collection expanded. in addition to reproductions, there are originals by václav špála, max švabinský, jan zrzavý, emil filla and many other artists.
