This is a vision of modern, above-standard living with an emphasis on style and on the functionality of each of the details that we had the chance to implement in the Residence Prokopova project.
This residential building, designed by us, was constructed on a vacant lot in the Prague quarter of Žižkov. It contains housing units of various sizes and layout.
The street-side facade is divided up into four parts to give the impression of four separate buildings. The structure ties on to the adjacent residential housing. The use of various materials underlines the different appearance of each of the four parts of the building.
The most marked motif is the ornament made from stainless steel profiles that forms a sort of spider web of railing that juts out from the central facade. This motif is repeated to some extent on all of the facades of the building, both in the front and in the back.
