in cooperation with developer crestyl, we would like to present a limited edition of twenty houses. it is unusual to design a limited edition of houses. we decided to go this route for two reasons: to introduce our design to a broader spectrum of clients while retaining the hallmark of exceptionality and originality.
each house has four rooms, a kitchen, a garage, and a parking spot on the property. it has a striking sloping roof and a bold but functional interior layout. aed, under the direction of martin rus, was in charge of the technical side of the project
